Conditions

Our most important conditions:

We charge NO commission
We require one month rent deposit (in advance) which you get back on the day you leave, when there are no repairs or replacements neccesary in your room
Minimum duration of stay is 6 months. We can take shorter periods in considereration. Price on request.
Maximum duration of stay is 24 months
Monthly payment of the rent can be made via Bank transfer or in cash and need to be done before the 1st of each new month
No pets
Leaving notice is one full calender month
Smoking in the house is not allowed
Costs for registering yourself in the city of Utrecht are for the tenant
