In a very green part of Utrecht directly near “Vechtplantsoen” and the river “de Vecht” we have 5 all-inclusive luxurious rooms in 1 large apartment (100 m2). We also have a seperated bicycle shed, which you share with the other tenants. The apartment is 100 meters from the busstop; within 10 minutes the bus takes you directly to the Central Station of Utrecht.

In 2008 we renovated and redecorated this apartment completely, especially for the purpose of comfortable student/expat living. The idea behind it, is simple: you should not worry about your room it has to be complete and comfortable, keep your mind to your job and study.

This year (2012) we bought an apartment at "Oldambt", the house is on a very good location just near the train station (only 1 stop to city center) and near the Utrecht University. We rebuild the place to the 2012 standard. It is a large apartment (110 m2) also with a secured shed to store your bike.
